Stephen R. Russell

Stephen Russell, president, founded Russell Benefit Consulting in October of 2001. As our senior benefits broker, he specializes in working with employers to solve critical issues, such as incomplete coverage or excessively high premiums. Learn more about Steve at About Stephen R. Russell.

Sara Baughman FLMI

Originally from Iowa, Sara earned her BA in Psychology while minoring in Music at Loras College in Dubuque IA in 1992. Beyond these achievements, she went on to attain her Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses as well as the Fellow of the Life Management Institute credential. She is a licensed Life & Health agent as well.

Sara has accumulated a total of 13 years in the employee benefits field working first for Principal Financial Group as a client service specialist and then as an employee benefits account specialist for a private brokerage group here in Indianapolis. Throughout this time, she has developed keen skills in researching and troubleshooting complex service issues which have now brought her to her new position at Russell Benefit Consulting as the Director of Client Services.

In her free time, Sara enjoys singing for weddings and attending the various IRL and Nascar events throughout the mid-west region. She has also participated in the past as a volunteer for the Indy Air Show.
