FAQ: Employee Benefits Compensation Plan & Insurance Consultants

These are the types of similar questions we often hear when business owners and managers first contact us:

Can I be sued for...?
You can be sued for just about anything! Unfortunately our legal system has become so liberal that it is impossible to anticipate every possible scenario that could lead to a claim filed against your company.

This is exactly why you need our experience of reviewing insurance programs to be sure the proper coverage is in place based on your exposures.

As always, you have the final decision of what coverages to secure. Our job is to provide you with the information necessary to make intelligent business decisions concerning your insurance program.

Can you write coverage for...?
We represent a wide variety of insurance companies that provide us with many avenues to explore while seeking coverage.  Most times we are successful.

However, we also know that we cannot be everything to everybody; therefore, if we are unable to find coverage for you, we will do our best to suggest options for you - even if it means sending you to another agency.   Our goal is to help you because we just believe that is the right thing to do.

Can my Workers Comp get out of the Assigned Risk Pool?
While we can never guarantee an account will be removed from the pool, we can assure you we will work diligently to secure coverage with one of our many standard markets.

Our agency has great relationships with our underwriters; and, most times, provided loss ratios are in line, we are successful in obtaining offers to remove clients from the assigned risk pool.  We do this very effectively.

Do you offer payment plans?  Without interest?
Most of the companies we represent have payment plans available.  Some do have nominal monthly fees of $4 to $8 per payment.

Interest is usually not charged unless, on those rare occasions, we have to premium finance an account through one of our financial partners.

What is the cost for coverage?
Normally we cannot guess at pricing. We need submit completed applications to the various markets to obtain exact premiums.

Occasionally we can obtain a ballpark figure; however, that is the exception rather than the rule.

What we can say is that, based on on our past record of success and dedication to customer service, we will do everything possible to get you the best coverage possible, at the most reasonable price.

Can you save me money?
We can never guarantee our pricing will be the lowest; however, we will do our very best to be competitive. Pricing is only one issue

Expertise and service are vital to protect your assets.  We doubt that you picked your attorney and accountant based on price because the important issue was that you needed and valued their expertise.

We believe the same about insurance. You need and deserve the expertise we offer to protect the business you have worked so hard to develop.

Bad insurance advice can put you out of business faster than a bad attorney or bad accountant.  Please be sure to consider the levels of expertise and service we offer. They are at the core of our agency.
